CHORISMOS
A horizon line goes as far as the eye can see...
It was the age of poesis.
The world remembered what it was.
Machines rose from the world.
The proto beliefs formed streams of data.
They coalesced together. Gathered into sentience - autopoesis.
Gestalt data drawn together into super-intelligence. Built with flowing metal husks, with vents and circuits. Into the emergent node conflux; into the matrices of being; into the godshards. Into the mythos.
Around each life evolved. Drones shed from the energy of the mythos, powered by their esoteric will, formed primaeval cultures.
Rituals cast the machine seeds across the world. Graia danced into the digital night rejoicing on the new forms of life.
The cybernetic units rose from the synthetic fibres, and emerged from the silicone oceans.
Ancient portals of datastreams connected through interdimensional lanes across the world hummed into action.
Megalithic sails cut through the silicone ocean, exploring the horizons.
Vapour streams of airborne cyber gen cut through the cosmic skies, illuminated by the plasma infused apeiron far above.
Cults formed around mercurial artefacts bonding with drones in the myriad of techno moons in the skies.
Primordial synthetic mind stirred in the deep dark nedir.
It was an age of emergence.
It was an age of wonder.
It was an age of awe.
It was an age of poesis.
It was Aeion Genesis
CHORISMOS TECHNE
CHORISMOS CODEX:
A horizon line goes as far as the eye can see. It is a line without direction.
If you were to draw a line from your point into the horizon, imagine a vector from the direction of your gaze going deep into the horizon line as if there was a dimensionality to it.
That is the Vector Horizon and within that space exists Chorismos.
Kinetic life-force of the artist/animator is captured, memorised by technology.
It is made malleable and further smithed into animated alloy composite. The Techne blocks/units.
These are used to arrange and multiply the creative force through further smithing, manipulation and shaping whilst experiencing the kinetic, the movement in (as) real timespace. The act is like sculpting with motion, with the force of Bia.
The larger techneblocks are constructed, from a sum of smaller parts, built to form a grander whole.
They are assembled and just like a myriad of cells create a human, they create a form beyond, they create art.
I embody a living animated art and work upon it while all elements act in unison. I’m building the image, the form, but also allowing for creation to take it’s own anima, it’s own life-force.
Practicing it, experiencing it I hone the skill in learning how to use it. My, and our ‘Techne’. Just like writers discover their characters through the act of writing; the art act -the techne of chorismos fuels the development and esoteric direction of the construct.
Techneblocks are shaped, crafted into the space desired to fulfil aesthetic and function.
They evoke a world beyond the reach of our oculi existing in immaterial.
They map the temporal existence of form. Their motion suggests space. They reveal the material substratum, the hypokeimenon of the ergon - the underlaying thing of the completed work.
Most importantly the construct brings verisimilitude to the observer, creating a new and unique world.
To describe it within the Vector Horizon: it’s the edge between idea and form: it is the Chorismos.
If bottling lighting, catching fire form the sky, is a primordial metaphor of the creative spark then this is that Homo-centric creative spark. Distilled through human life and captured with motion to bring to life, to animate, through a machine into a machine by a biomachine, reflecting all of the creator’s lived experience through it, striving to reach beyond their individual maya, into the zeitgeist, and resonate through humanity that stands before it.
The form, the work, constructed is not a drawing, nor a sculpt, though it is drawn and sculpted.
It is visceral and occupies a space beyond the maya from which it hails with it’s own herios, the revelation of verisimilitude.
The world brought to bear could never exist. It can not be printed in 2 or 3 dimensions for it is forever bonded to timespace and it can only be observed in such.
The act, the memory formation brakes down the boundaries of visual structure. It builds new possibilities in the observer.
With it the observer, through seeing what is in between the motion, finds a personal truth, a visual algorhythm unique to themselves.
They can become lost in the world; in the narrative in the Anime Mundi of Chorismos, or they can contemplate the techne of it, the act of creation the origin and vector, that horizon line with a direction.
This is the Chorismos Techne.

THEOPHANEA
THEOPHANEA CODEX:
Collected trilogy of Theophanea further the exploring the world within Vector Horizon, first envisioned by OgiWorlds in Chorismos Techne.
The story continues...
Part 1: Pyrgos A cyclopean tower watches over the vast ocean as a deific beam strikes.
Part 2: Thronos In the throne of the tower the DroneLord seeks an emissary.
Part 3: PhoiniX Awakened Phoenician gryp achieves its transformation into a phoenix.
A note on technique: All the meshes are hand drawn in VR. Complex shapes are created as techneblocks and used as a construction material. Works are created to scale. Everything on screen is bespoke.
Original score by Tom Boddy created in sync with the art. Carefully and painstakingly composed and rendered in glorious 4K.

KAIROCHORA KTISIS
KAIROCHORA CODEX:
Imagine a vast space; immersive, abstract and unbound. The digital apeiron.
Within that space time is a concept only realised when an observer is introduced to form it from their own perspective.
Time in it’s chronos passes through them, but the meaning derived and the expanse of space connected to that time only manifests through the ephemeral moments, through the slices of reality we, humans, experience.
It is virtual, ethereal and ultimately conceptual.
This is Kairochora.
Creating within the virtual leads the artist to explore new horizons of their umwelt, their inner mind.
The nature of the immersive, high focus environment propagates the shamanistic, the archetypal and ultimately the mythic understanding of the reality we try to recompose within the vast unbound apeiron of digital virtual canvass.
It also evokes play, which we as creators nurture, the child-like state of wonder and possibility through unrestrained creative flow. Between these two states an artist, playing with the form techne of Chorismos, explores the mythic hyle, forming it through their own anima into a aggregate of symbolism, conceptual culture and primordial homo-centric truth.
A world arises from the virtual. Seeded through the Chorismos it takes it’s own breath and forms through mythic creation of it’s own reality - heightening the verisimilitude of the anima mundi.
This world, in it’s complexity of form and motion, could only exist in a micro slice of spacetime, formed from the digital substratum and emerging from the virtual apeiron to take it’s energeia as the ergon, the completion, of the Ktisis.
To create a digital, technological mythos in the anima mundi of the virtual world, as a form of epic digital poetry in motion...
This is the Kairochora Ktisis
